Athirappilly
Falls is the largest waterfall in Kerala and is nicknamed "The Niagara of India". It is located on the border of Athirapally

medicated and preventive for many diseases as it flows down from the forest. Palaruvi
means “stream of milk” in Malayalam. It is a single drop, horsetail type
waterfall with a total height of 299 ft (91 metres). The Palaruvi Falls is

3. Thusharagiri Waterfall
Thusharagiri
means “snow-capped mountain”. The gurgling waterfalls of Thusharagiri is snuggled
cosily in the Western Ghats. The falls exhibit a unique kinship between the
land and water. The best roar of the waterfalls can be enjoyed from the month
of September to November. The waterfall with its gentle spray is sure to soothe
every eye. The two streams originating from the Western Ghats meet here to form
the Chalippuzha River. The river diverges into three waterfalls creating a
